Steven Nash Ozono emerges National Rescue Movement Edo State 2020 Gubernatorial Candidate

This on Saturday during the primary election at the NRM State Party secretariat in Benin City took place amidst Party supporters.

In a political event which attracts delegates across the State to the primary election ground, Hon. Sam Arase, the Edo state chairman of NRM urged delegates to brace up for the task of rescuing the state from political parties that have failed the state in the past, noting that it is beginning of it’s rescue mission in the state.

The Chairman of the Electoral Committee for the NRM Edo Governorship Primary Election, Muhammed Idris Isah commends all the party delegates for their cooperation and their willingness to salvage the Edo State from the shackles of political merchants dominating the political space of the Edo State, urged them to work together for the victory of the Party's candidate at the September 19 Governorship poll in the State.

Meanwhile, the National Rescue Movement Guber Candidate, Mr. Stevie Ozono in his acceptance address after his victory thanked and appreciated the delegates for the confidence they reposed in him at the poll, vowed to justify the confidence reposed in him if elected as Edo State Governor come September.

The said gubernatorial primary election was witnessed by officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Directorate of State Services, DSS, the Police and other relevant agencies.
